Police have arrested two persons including a former Maoist combatant from Myadhpur Thimi municipality-5 in Bhaktapur Wednesday in possession of explosive materials. Those arrested have been identified as Sanu Kaji Baruwal of Sindhupalchok and Rajesh Thami of Dolakha.
